Razzamataz Dumfries and Durham!
Our principal at Dumfries and Durham is Pam Dixon
Pam lives in Carlisle with her husband and family and is Principal of Razzamataz Durham and Dumfries. For many years Pam has had a keen interest in performing arts and child fitness due to having 3 of her own children who took part in dance and fitness classes from a young age. Her youngest daughter Charlotte continued to pursue Performing Arts at the 'Performers College' which is directed by Brian Rogers. Pam supported her training and closely followed her progress and tuition. Charlotte is now Principal at the Penrith and Whitehaven schools.
Pam started working for Razzamataz in 2007 and during her time she has assisted with numerous performances including 'We Will Rock You' and 'Never Forget' at the Sands Centre, Carlisle, and also 'Don't Stop Us Now' which was performed by Dumfries, Penrith and Whitehaven schools.
Pam has been the Classroom Assistant at Durham since it first launched in April 2008 and met Duncan Bannatyne when he attended the launch to meet the staff and children. She is also Classroom Assistant at the Whitehaven school.
Being a parent and grandparent, Pam has a natural rapport with children of any age. She is excited to be able to offer children in the Durham and Dumfries areas the chance to take part in such an exciting Theatre School, in an age where children’s fitness and confidence is so important, every child can take part in Razzamataz and start having FUN!
Durham School Times
Classes held every Thursday at Bannatyne’s Health Club, Eden Terrace, Belmont, Durham.
Razz Minis (ages 4-5) 4-5pm
Juniors 5.15-7.30pm
Intermediates and Seniors 5-8pm
