Our principal at Nottingham is Lorna Davy.
Lorna’s professional performance career spans TV, Film, Theatre and Pop video production’s, this includes ‘Top of the Pops’,‘Gladiators’,‘G Force’ and the Leo Sayer TV series. Feature films include ‘Absolute Beginners’ with David Bowie and ‘Knights and Emeralds’ with Patsy Kensit. One of her most memorable Theatre Productions was ‘The Muppet Show on Tour’ playing ‘Rowlf the Dog’. Photographic work includes poster girl for ‘Five Isles’ and Lorna also appeared in a ‘Bannatynes Roadshow’ in Spain.
Lorna has presented items on Carlton’s TV’s ‘Pulling Power’ and ‘Millennium Dome Review’. Work with International artists include, Phil Collins, Tina Turner, Jermaine Jackson and Norman Wisdom. Lorna has taught Performing Arts to children internationally for many years mainly in the educational sector, producing high quality within many prestigious locations.
Lorna Davy’s qualifications include: -Associate Imperial society of teachers of dance (AISTD) Associate International Dance Teachers Association (AIDTA) YMCA, Exercise to Music, Health & Fitness professionals, children and adults, Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
