Razzamataz Isle of Sheppey!
Our principal on the Isle of Sheppey is Mandy Russell.
Mandy has always been interested in the Performing Arts and was actively involved in the dance and drama clubs at school. At the age of 13 she began taking dance, drama and singing classes at the Rye Dance Centre. At 16 she joined the East Sussex School of Performing Arts (ESSPA) where she took classes in Acting, Musical Theatre, Ballet, Tap and Jazz Dance and performed in many shows and plays with them.
Before relocating to Kent, Mandy was a member of the Bexhill Light Operatic and Dramatic Society (BLODS). She also took part in other local productions, including playing Charlotte in Oliver! with AMB Productions, a role she reprised a few years later with the BLODS.
Mandy studied Performing Arts at both Bexhill College and the William Parker Sports College and has completed her Bronze Medal in Acting with the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA). She is currently studying for a BA(Hons) in Theatre Studies with the Rose Bruford College.
Mandy has enjoyed working with children for many years and before having her own little ones, she was a youth leader and worship leader at her local youth church. Mandy is looking forward to returning to work with young people and is very excited about the potential for Razzamataz Theatre Schools on the Isle of Sheppey.

A FREE short performance showcasing some of our work from this term plus an opportunity to talk to the teachers and see photos of our first term on the Isle of Sheppey
Summer Stage Academy - Monday 25th August to Friday 29th August
Juniors 10am-1pm Inters/Seniors 10am-4pm - A whole week of Razz! Workshops include dance, drama, singing, audition techniques, stage make-up, props, costume design and stage design. The week will finish with a small performance for friends and family
Pure Star Dance Workshop - Monday 27th October 10am-6pm
Tim Noble, Kylie Minogue's Choreographer, will be taking the students through their paces for a whole day's Commercial Dance Workshop
